 Tennessee Real Estate Commission Requirements

1.You must hold an Affiliate Brokers license, for at least three years.
2. This Broker Management 30 hour course counts toward your 120 hours needed to sit for the Brokers exam, but does not count towards the 120 hours needed after you pass the exam. You will have three years to complete your 120 hours after your pass the Brokers exam.
 3.. You must submit the PSI Broker application form and your certificate from Care+er Professional School of Real Estate requesting permission to sit for the PSI Brokers exam to TREC.
4. You must score 75% on the PSI EXAM
